We do NOT offer a delivery service for our products.
All orders for which payment has been received in full will be shipped to our customers by USPS (U.S. Postal Service) flat rate, UPS (United Parcel Service), or other international postal service.

Kindly ensure that you enter the correct shipping address, so that we may promptly ship your order. Errors in shipping address entries made by any client will create unnecessary shipping delays, and shipping refunds will not be awarded.
Shipping of Our Skin-Friendly Hand Sanitizer and Any Other Product Containing Alcohol
The ONLY product that we sell that contains alcohol is our Skin-Friendly Hand Sanitizer. As per U.S. Federal orders and as posted on https://www.usps.com/ship/shipping-restrictions.htm#handsanitizer, any product must be shipped by GROUND shipping (e.g. USPS Ground, UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, etc.) because products containing alcohol are flammable.
SHIPPING DURING PEACE / NON-QUARANTINE CONDITIONS IN THE U.S.
Customers Residing on the U.S. Mainland
Customers residing on the U.S. mainland will typically receive their orders 10-14 days after placing them and remitting payment online.
International Customers (Residing Outside of the U.S. Mainland)
Orders of those residing outside of the U.S. will mostly likely arrive 2 - 4 weeks after completion of purchase in our system.
SHIPPING DURING QUARANTINE CONDITIONS IN THE U.S.
Weekly Shipping Schedule
Orders will be shipped once per week to avoid passing additional shipping costs onto the customer.
Orders placed between 12AM (midnight) ET Sunday through 11:59PM ET Wednesday night will be shipped out that SAME WEEK if those products are in stock.
Any orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays will be shipped out the following week (i.e. of the following week).
Customers Residing in the Mainland U.S. - East Coast, South, & Midwest
Orders shipped to the East Coast, the Southeast, and Midwest (i.e. mainland U.S. cities EAST of the Mississippi River) may take 3 - 4 days to arrive from the time they are shipped from our facility.
Customers Residing in the Mainland U.S. - Rocky Mountain Region & West (Pacific) Coast
Orders shipped to the Southwest, the Rocky Mountain Region, & West (Pacific) Coast (i.e. mainland U.S. cities WEST of the Mississippi River) may take 4 - 7 days to arrive from the time they are shipped from our facility.
Customers Residing in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Other U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Other U.S. Territories (i.e. OUTSIDE of the mainland U.S.) may take 7 - 10 days to arrive from the time they are shipped from our facility.
International Shipments (i.e. Customers Residing OUTSIDE of the U.S. Mainland and OUTSIDE of U.S. Territories)
Orders shipped internationally (i.e. OUTSIDE of the U.S. Mainland and OUTSIDE of U.S. Territories) may take 10 - 14 days to arrive from the time they are shipped from our facility.
